Q. Which Class Should I Take?  

A. That depends on the result you want!

Beginners Welcome - don't worry about not knowing what you're doing yet - our community is full of warm and inviting people all working on themselves.

Electric Stretch. Schedule

For when you're serious about getting flexible.  

A smart, whole-body yoga sequence. You'll use muscle reps and pulses to: 

  • Amplify upper body strength
  • Release back and shoulder tension
  • Activate core strength
  • Open and protect lower back muscles
  • Fire up leg muscles
  • Create hamstring and hips flexibility


Stretching is relative - as soon as you move far enough to feel the Sensation of a stretch, you're doing it. There is no "I'm not flexible enough to stretch." 100% accessible for anyone with an injury or an awareness of the need for more flexibility - from Beginner to Advanced.
